Our experience with this cleanser was phenomenal! This citrus facial wash left skin completely cleansed and ready for our toners. It was easy to gently massage the Ester citrus brightening cleanser onto damp skin and it left it feeling great! It did a great job as a makeup remover while visibly smoothing skin and leaving a healthy looking glow.
The only problem we had was one of our testers with particularly sensitive skin had some irritation when the vitamin c facial cleanser was applied. Though the product is claimed to be "very gentle", it can still be a little drying for those with sensitive skin. You may want to be ready with a strong moisturizer to follow it up with.
Overall this is a great citric acid cleanser that will absolutely leave you feeling refreshed and clean!
