RETINOL CORREXION® Max Daily Hydration Crème is a facial cream that hydrates and nourishes the skin while helping to reduce the appearance of wrinkles. It's enriched with antioxidants and includes vitamin B3, which helps improve the appearance of dark spots.
The cream has a light, non-greasy texture that absorbs quickly and leaves skin feeling soft and smooth. It's ideal for daily use, especially if you have dry or sensitive skin. Although it is not a cure for wrinkles, it can help to minimize their appearance over time.
Make sure to apply sunscreen when using this product, as Retinol can make your skin more sensitive to the sun. Some users complained of mild irritation and scent of product, although we did not experience the irritation ourselves.
"An intensive anti-wrinkle treatment that reveals visibly younger-looking skin. It quickly moisturizes and leaves skin deeply hydrated for 24 hours while smoothing the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. Formulated with age-fighting pure RoC Retinol and hydrating hyaluronic acid to help replenish and rejuvenate skin."
"I remember watching a dermatologist on TV several years ago making comparisons of the various high-end anti-aging creams and lotions. At one point the host made some comment inquiring about some cheaper products and the dermatologist said that the RoC products were just as good as the pricey ones.
Well, I’ve spent plenty of money on expensive creams and lotions and have been offered many here on Amazon for review. Some have been great and some of them pretty disappointing.
As with any product like this, it’s hard to really tell if something is “working” unless you really do a comparison over time and even then, there can always be other factors at work. So what I can say in a review is whether or not I think the product is moisterizing my face without irritation, and helping it soften the appearance of fine lines.
I usually don’t like retinol creams because I find them irritating, and I often go outside and forget to put on the proper sunblock which is a must if you use them. This product does have retinol but not enough to cause any irration or redness - at least not to my skin and I have pretty sensitive skin. I have to remind myself to put on sunblock while I am using this which I don’t like, but I know you can really harm your skin if you don’t.
The product itself has a great, creamy texture and a almost non-existence fragrance - there is something but not perfume(y) or flowery which I don’t like. There is plenty of product in this rather large jar and you just need to use a little bit because it spreads smoothly and easily. It’s easy to scoop out too much so be careful.
I have only been using this for a few weeks but I really, really like it. My skin feels so soft and noticeably different since using this cream. So maybe the dermatologist on TV was right, and you don’t have to spend a fortune to get a really quality anti-aging hydration cream.
Edit to add - After a couple of weeks I noticed that I was getting some irritation and redness around the outside corners of my eyes. On the plus side, I do think that shows that the retinol is effective. But I am only using this product on that sensitive portion of my face twice a week. It’s put on for daily use at night everywhere else."
